Swiss Potatoes!

So this week I made some yummy potatoes. They are very simple and quick so I hope you enjoy!

What you will need:
1 1/2 pounds of red potatoes 
salt and pepper
3/4 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup chicken broth
1 cup shredded Swiss cheese


 Start by washing and slicing the potatoes very thinly.
In a greased pan layer potatoes, occasionally sprinkling with salt and pepper. Mix cream and broth and then pour over potatoes. Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes covered and then 30 minutes uncovered.
Grate cheese
Sprinkle cheese and place in the oven until its melted. Bon'Appetit!
