Pumpkin Brownies!

So since the past week has been really busy for me with Thanksgiving and everything I have decided to just write down the recipe of pumpkin brownies without including pictures. Simply because that just takes too long. So there are two parts of this recipe the brownie itself and then the frosting, I hope you enjoy.

What you will need for brownies:
1 cup melted butter
4 eggs
2 cup sugar
1 cup pumpkin
1 1/2 cup flour
1 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon vanilla

To start things off you will want to beat eggs well: then beat in sugar, add butter, pumpkin, and vanilla and beat well. Add in flour and beat well, now add your spices. Spread evenly in a 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-35 minutes. Let cool and frost. While the brownies are cooking I recommend making the frosting.

What you will need for the frosting:
6 oz. softened cream cheese
1/2 cup softened butter
2 teaspoon vanilla
11/2-2 cup powdered sugar

Beat all ingredients well and the frost your yummy brownies. Put the brownies in the fridge when you are done. I hope everyone enjoys this. Please leave comments with any feedback or requests on what you will like to see! Bon'Appetit!

Basil Cream Chicken with Noodles!

So this week I made yummy chicken with basil cream and noodles. This is one of my favorites and  I hope you enjoy.

Things you will need:
1/4 cup milk
1/4 cup bread crumbs
3-4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
3 tablespoons of butter
1/2 cup chicken broth
1 cup of whipping cream
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup cup basil
1/8 teaspoon pepper
8 ounces of noodles
First, start by pounding the chicken breast into a thinner slice.

Now, in two separate bowls place 1/4 cup dried bread crumbs and 1/4 cup of milk.

Fully coat the chicken in your milk, I would keep Clorox wipes near by.
Then fully coat the chicken in the breadcrumbs, your will probably need for than 1/4 cup.
In three tablespoons of butter cook the chicken until the center is completely white. Take the chicken out of the pan and put it to the side.
Keeping the access browned bits and pour in chicken broth. Simmer for one minute.
Now pour in whipping cream and lower heat, boil and stir for one minute, don't burn the milk.
Add in basil, pepper, and cheese, stir until the milk has thickened a little. about two minutes.
While all this is happening boill your noodles in a separate pan until cooked, drain.
 Add chicken into the sauce.
Serve with the sauce over both the chicken and noodles! I hope you enjoy this one. Bon'Appetit!
